I thought reaching the 5th dimension meant I’d arrived—turns out, it was just the beginning of a terrifying spiritual descent.

In 2023 the “heart activation” my guides had told me I would soon experience, happened. I had been working with my spiritual team for a decade and knew I could trust them absolutely. I wasn’t always "woo-woo" — I grew up in a very conventional family, and by 24, I was struggling with addiction. This opened me to a relationship with a "Higher Power." I qualified as an attorney, but a decade later, I discovered I could communicate with my guides. In 2021, I began waking up to the false matrix , and by 2023, after my second trip to Bali, I experienced a 3 week period of Christ Consciousness, spontaneous jumping into the 5th dimension and multiple ascension downloads. The comedown was HARD. My guides helped me purge lifetimes of karma and self limiting beliefs and told me to begin the Ministry of Eternal Light. Now I walk alongside beautiful humans who are awakening like me, navigating both our 3D and multidimensional lives, while coping with the fact the majority of the world cannot see beyond the veil YET.

Watch it as if a movie of the trauma created identity that soon you will shed. There will be many old memories surfacing, moments of the past that held sway over you for such a long time as the memories arose and wanted to be healed. It is a lot dear ones, be gentle on yourselves in these days. You will find you are simply not able to function as you did before, pushing the body past its point of comfort all the time, pepping it with caffeine and other stimulants when it wants to rest. Oh yes, dear ones, there are so many practices you will now need to include in your lives as these ascension energies continue to - well bombard seems too harsh a word – flood you with light shall we say instead!

We know it is perplexing and that it seems much to manage. We understand you will not be able to “push through” as you did before. It will be vital to take better care of your physical emotional and spiritual well-being during these next few months. You have been living from a place of needing to do so many things and now you are questioning everything. This is what feels so overwhelming.
