My name is Amanda Lamond. I am a channel for the Council of Light and an ascension guide. I offer down-to-earth support for your spiritual awakening. I share the ins and outs of navigating life in multiple dimensions with the help of many loving guides who I've worked with for over a decade. With the Council of Light's assistance I am figuring out how to balance my daily 3 dimensional life as a wife, mother and entrepreneur "in the Matrix" (as it collapses) while exploring and experiencing my multidimensional self and the higher realms. Here's how this audio came about...
I kept being told by the Council of Light that DEVOTION is the key to accessing peace - and I'm ALL about experiencing peace! So I chatted with them about what they wanted me to provide to help people - and they started with this explanation:Â
The immensity of what many humans are dealing with at this time is not easy. We hold you all in our loving embrace. We see your hope and your despair and we will encourage you again and again to focus on the Light inside you. We know that external upheavals draw you in time and time again and there is a never-ending barrage of information and news being thrust at you all day. For those of you awake at this time, and by awake we refer to your knowing that you are Divine, that you are a Creator being, here to serve the Light of God - we cannot encourage you enough that you turn off this flood of information unless it is part of your specific mission to take action on it. Every time you see, read or hear distressing news it affects your field. We remind you that your Consciousness is Holy, a Holy Sanctuary but there is a war on consciousness taking place on your planet. We ask that you guard your Holy Sanctuary by being mindful of all that you engage with - the things you read, see, hear, eat, wear and the people you engage with. All of these things are having a bigger impact on you than some of you are yet aware. You may feel anxious and think “ah it must be because of XY or Z” when in fact you have been affected by what you have come into contact with.Â
They went on to explain:Â
There are many ways to bring yourself comfort at this time and we would like to explore all of these ways with you. It is not possible to work with those whose minds are overstimulated, whose bodies are fueled by cortisol. Yes - this may make some of you feel “alive” but as we have explained above, it is not only the longer term effects that do not serve you, it is the immediate effects of the reactive, distressed state that we caution you about. The immediate effect is that you will be perceiving reality through the filter of your own distressed mind. In order to work with you, we will ask you to take time away from stimuli so that you can go within and find the Peace that passeth all understanding which is ever present and always available to you. We will guide you there.Â
We will never force anything upon you. We cannot! We only invite you to come Home to Yourself, knowing that you will then experience a different reality. A more joyful, expansive reality you will choose to continue to create for yourself and all humanity.Â

Please make sure you find a quiet place, light a candle, set an intention to be guided to a state of deep peace, put your earphones in and relax. (I use this audio often to begin my practice of Devotion.) Sometimes I can drop into a DEEP state of peace listening to this - other days my mind races quite a bit. Let go of any expectations of the process. The point is DOING it.Â
