Ascension can be very overwhelming - as everything from childhood and even previous lifetimes will come up at some stage for healing. If you are unable to manage your life right now you need to determine when professional help is necessary. This is simply a program in which I share some of my own experiences and the wisdom of the Council of Light from which many people have benefitted.
Please take care of yourself. Take what resonates with you and disregard the rest.
What you put in is what you’ll get out. You can be a bystander or you can dive in, digest the messages and share what’s coming up for you. Your insights, challenges and personal experience may be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Awakening is lonely and we need each other!
I will check into the group from time to time and provide feedback and support but it is not a coaching program in which I provide detailed, consistent feedback.

This means you'll download the app for free on the app store - and get a link to the private channel where all the audios are housed. You are strongly encouraged to share your insights and questions, although this is not a coached course like some of my containers in which I am there at least daily responding to everyone.
